For Online Application you need:

and one close up ( head to waist casual photo)

Full-length photo (from the top of your head to your shoes)
Stand up straight with arms straight down by your side and both legs together
Face the camera straight on and ensure the photo is sharp and in focus
Find good lighting to avoid shadows
Plain background for your formal photo
